We accept payments made by cash and EFTPOS. We also have HICAPS (on the spot electronic claims) so you just pay the ‘gap’.

- Initial consultation (1 hour) $110 ($90 Full-time Student/Pensioner)
- Subsequent consultations (30 mins) $60 ($50 Full-time Student/Pensioner)
Massage Therapy
- 30 minutes $55 ($50 Full-time Student/Pensioner)
- 45 minutes $70 ($65 Full-time Student/Pensioner)
- 60 minutes $80 ($75 Full-time Student/Pensioner)

Cancellation Policy
At Compass Healthcare, our goal is to provide care in a timely manner. We have implemented an appointment cancellation policy that enables us to better utilise available appointments for our clients.
• You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before 6pm on the business day preceding your appointment.
• Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the consultation fee.
• If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the scheduled consultation.
